We started Active to run engagements the way we wished we could have as junior hires: directly, honestly, with one person accountable.
Six years in, the model holds. Senior-led means senior-billed, which means smaller team, fewer clients, better outcomes. We turn down more business than we take. That's by design.

If we can't attribute it cleanly, we don't bill for it. Half the value of our first month is usually fixing the tracking nobody else wanted to fix.
Every KPI on every dashboard has a human name attached. When it misses, that human explains why. No committee-driven accountability, no shared responsibility diffusion.
