When you join ACT Signal, we collect your email address, optional first name, the page you joined from and your consent. Project enquiries may also include the information you choose to provide in your brief.
Why we use it
We use signup details to send occasional ACT Agency insights and updates. We use enquiry details only to review, discuss and deliver potential projects. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and access
Signup records are stored in a protected file on our hosting account and are accessible only to ACT Agency. We keep records only while they are useful for these purposes or required by law.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe through any marketing email or ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing contact@activeagency.pro.
